2 abmats- head touched on about the first half of them and then I just tried as hard as I could. Strict pull-ups but the last three rounds or so I was not completely locked out at the start, slight boost from the ground but not a full jump. This was really mentally challenging!
18:31 (I think) – 105# x1 round, then 95×9. Pull-ups unbroken, HSPU – 36 strict, 4 with 1 abd mat. I widened my hands after the 3rd/4th round and it was life changing! Why haven’t I been doing that all along?! Pretty tired today, took my time.
