Squats were fine just could not find my legs for the first 200 m of the following run.
Pull Ups: just keep moving but not to fast since you have to run again after that.
Clean and jerks: why is Mel always right there when my form deteriorates and it is more about survival? Doesn’t she know at that point she sounds like the teacher from Charlie Brown?
HSPU: ended on a high note. 5-5-5-3-2
Run: if John was not behind me I would have walked.
