- NEW Jerky! Our buddies over at Appalachian Jerky (Brighton MA!), aka “Naked Cow”, have heard us ask for more variety in their natural jerkys. Well, they listened and then one-upped us by creating ALL NATURAL and GRASS-FED beef jerky! We’re stocking all three flavors: FIRE, HONEY and SMOKE! All available today in our retail section and on our kiosk.

Oh boy I was mental mush today. I like most of these movements, but really struggled to convince myself to finish.
Row first – 7:37 (row – slow, no idea time, du 60/40, burpees – no words)
WB 2nd – 9:00, nothing unbroken, but decent sets. All step-ups. Traps so sore that kbs killed me.
