21:47 Rx, 3:41 PR. Pull-ups started with a set of 15 followed my mostly all sets of 10 until 80, then small sets. Push-ups started with a set of 10 followed by sets of 5 until 85, then fast singles.
29:10. 80 pull ups. Almost all sets of 5. Next time to 100 with smaller sets at end. Push-ups sets of 5 until 50 then 3/2.
