36:20 – rounds 1, 3 & 5 I did 10 pull ups & 15 push ups and rounds 2 & 4 I did 15 pull ups and 20 pushups.
Didn’t calc times of each round but my guess would be btwn 3:30 and 5:00 per.
Push ups need work – snaking involved.
