#3goalstobetter CLINIC: Our 4th members-only clinic in our annual series is BEGINNER PULL UPS, which is taking place this Sunday, May 1st at 9:00a during Open Gym (which we will still hold hold from from 9-11a). At this clinic, we’ll work on strict pull-ups. Then we’ll breakdown the kipping swing which then progresses into the kipping pull-up. And finally, we’ll work through techniques, tips and tricks for getting multiple pull-ups in a row. This clinic is for members who do not have a pull-up (kipping nor strict) or for those who can’t link more than one pull-up. Space is limited to the first 15 members to sign up HERE.

*Accumulate as many reps as possible until athlete on rower completes 300m, then rotate to next exercise.
