Big difference today was the fact that 195# doesn’t crush me as much today as it did 2 years ago. HSPU were a calculated slow go. Broken up as they got more and more difficult. Tried to get thru squats in 2 or at max 3 sets. Burpees were a steady, consistent pace.
25:59 #95 (7,6,5/ 8,7/9/6/3) 2 ab mats. Biggest time killer….staring at the ab mat forever before kicking up each time. Mental block need to get over it. 2 mats is too easy but 1.5 is too hard.
