6:56 rx / 6:46 rx. Brutal one today. Bill on my arse the whole time. First go at this WOD(s)… for my notes: unbroken w/jumps for “ghosts”. Rowed 1:45-2:10, dubs a hot mess but steady on burpees for “and stuff”.
Love/Hate this one.

-1st round was a nightmare — came in not feeling good and never got it going. But I felt pretty good after the 5 min rest and moved a lot better in the 2nd round. Happy with my splits on the rower and I hit my dubs in sets of 3-4 consistently and didn’t count misses.
