Started with dua and switched to singles after first round. Burpees killed me, I wanted to lay down on the ground and just stay there.

At the cap I made it to the set of 10 burpees. 10# wb….. My win tonight was that I did all the du’s, biggest set was 28! Took me into 2016 but completed one of my 2015 goals 🙂

Year goal #1…Post WOD scores so I am not constantly guessing weight, reps schemes, times, et al. Here goes! 24:56 – 10#WB, 1/2 DUBS. Considering wall balls are goal #2, Ill take take this!!
