39:46 – wall walks. I have pistol soreness, yikes!
feel your pain. i can’t walk down stairs. its like the first day of preseason two-a-days
39:42 Rx (except 1 ab mat on the HSPU). that was a quick turnaround from last night. dubs felt pretty good but too much time between sets. runs were pretty awful. pull ups I was down to sets of 3-5. sets of 5 on the C&J and did the last 15 with quick singles. should have done quick singles from the beginning. not much left for the HSPUs (7/6/7) w/ a good bit of time between sets. started the HSPUs at 34:30 give or take

Stopped @ 30 minutes. Was getting my first shot to coach the 6:30 AM class and didn’t want to be a heaving, recovering mess for my first impression.
Had the HSPU and the 400 left. The clean and jerks crushed my soul.
At cap (33:00?) had wall walks and 400 left. 200 su/20 strict pull ups 5/3/3/3/3/3 /65# CJ/10 wall walks after cleaning up. Woohoo! Those are fun. Had to wipe down the wall.
33:00 CJ/400 run. Bill completely nailed it, the clean and jerks crushed the soul
38:38 rx, just tried to keep moving and then heard it was 35 min, and still had work to do. Never thought 95# would feel so heavy…
Heaviest 95# in all of my 5 years of CrossFit.

Finished HSPU with 5 seconds left, then ran the slowest 400 ever.
hit the cap of 35:00 around 300m of the 2nd last 400m, Rx. didn’t start HSPU or final run.
DUs were a struggle starting out then came together ok but took a lot of time (and energy), made up some time on the runs and pull ups with 2 sets of 10 then 5’s to 60, C&Js did me in 10 x 4. Holly cow!

Started with my rope breaking in first set of DU’s. I should have quit then. Stopped at the 33:00 minute time cap just getting c&j’s in. This one beat me down. It was one of those days that when Mel extended the time cap from 30 to 33 minutes i was not excited.
41:43 – 200 singles/30 pull ups, 30 ring rows/ strict HSPU 1 abmat.

Did a no-abmat HSPU for the first time during warmup (strict, no kip), but there was no way I was going to get 20 of them in the WOD. Soon!

i literally couldn’t move yesterday but made myself come in anyways, it sucked but glad i did.
