Snatch and OHS felt good. Not my day from the jump on Nancy today. Note to self, don’t try to PR a workout before it starts.
First 400 was solid. Tried to go way too fast on OHS and missed standards on a majority of them. Stopped at the door, went back and did them again. From there, just a mental struggle. Too many near misses to count this as an Rx score. On to tomorrow.
